ACT I:

Quote Interpretation:
"Tis the way to call hers exquisite, in question more."-(Romeo[Act I, i])
This quote is significant because Romeo is describing Rosaline's eyes to Benvolio. This quote states that you should not question Rosaline's beauty.
The meaning of this quote relates to life today because everyone's beautiful, even if others fail to realize it, you can never question another's beauty because it appears in many different forms.Jena_H._Beautiful.jpg

Love Song Analysis:

ACT II:
Quote Interpretation:
"Wisely and slow. They stumble that run fast."-(Friar Laurence[Act II, iii])
This quote means to take things slow, because if you rush bad things can happen. This quote is foreshadowing that something bad is going to happen as he rushes things.
In relation to life today this very much still applies, and do not rush yourself or others in life because things Jena_H._Danger.jpgcan take a twist for the worst.

ACT III:
Quote Interpretation:
"But wherefore, villian, didst thou kill my cousin? That villian cousin woulda have killed my husband. -(Juliet[Act III, ii])
This quote means that Juliet finally gets the understanding of why Romeo killed her cousin, because if he had not killed him Romeo would have been killed.
The meaning of this quote is signifigant because Juliet has forgiven Romeo and still loves him, in life today if you take an act of self defense no looks wrong upon you like they did Romeo.

ACT IV:

Quote Interpretation:

"Be not so long to speak. I long to die if what thou speak'st is not of remedy."

-(Juliet[Act IV, i])
This quote is very important to the act it is telling us the audience and the Friar that if the Friar has no solution to Juliet's problem with marrying Count Paris that she will want to die and take her own life. Juliet does not want to get married because she already is married to Romeo and will not marry another and betray Romeo.
Today we would not have to worry about this type of situation because times than and now we're not the same and we can marry who we please, without hiding it from our loved ones.

ACT V:

Quote Interpretation:
"Her body sleeps in Capel's monument, And her immortal part with angels lives." -(Balthasar[Act V, i])
Balthasar is explaining to Romeo that his true love Juliet is dead and that she no longer will be here. Romeo has been out of the loop with no messages from the Friar who has planned Juliet's fake death, Romeo believes she really is dead and is now incredibly upset.
Today this quote would be for someone who died unknowingly and was now in heave the better place. Also many people use similar lines to break the news to a loved one of someone's passing.
